Yes — we ship worldwide with free shipping on every order. We currently deliver to Australia (3–5 days), New Zealand (5–7 days), USA, UK, Canada, and Asia (7–14 days international). No minimum spend, no import surprise fees.

We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on all unopened products. If a kit isn't right for your curls, email us at hello@360curlyhairkits.com and we'll sort it out within 24 hours. We want you to love your kit — or we'll make it right.

Not yet — but our kits aren't random bundles. Every product combination is built on curl science and tested for compatibility. The curation is the product. Custom kits are on our roadmap. In the meantime, if you have specific needs (protein sensitivity, fragrance-free, etc.) drop us a message and we'll point you to the right kit.
